MAYBE DIFFERENT kicks off the summer with the ultimate feel-good anthem: “Enjoy Life”

On May 23, 2025, the Bornholm-based power duo MAYBE DIFFERENT releases their new single “Enjoy Life” — a track that blends the lightness of pop with warm, reggae-inspired beats. With its infectious hook and uplifting vibe, the single is crafted to lift your spirits and slow things down in an otherwise fast-paced world.
“We wrote ‘Enjoy Life’ from a heartfelt desire to create a musical breather. The song came about spontaneously during a relaxed and cozy studio session, and its positive energy spread quickly. It became clear that the world needs to be reminded of life’s simple pleasures and to take a deeper breath. Enjoy Life is about letting go of stress, taking a break from the daily grind, and embracing those small, magical moments,” says the duo.
MAYBE DIFFERENT is Pernille Werner and Jesper Mejlvang — a genre-blending duo that continuously pushes boundaries between electronic beats, synth-pop, classical, jazz, and ambient. With lyrics that speak directly to the heart, their music combines the depth of love with thoughtful reflections on the world around us.
Enjoy Life is produced by Werner Mejlvang and offers a taste of MAYBE DIFFERENT’s long-awaited debut album, due out this September.
Short bio: MAYBE DIFFERENT made their debut in 2023 with the single “Light Bubbles” and have since released six well-received tracks. The duo has also made their mark live, performing across Denmark at venues, cultural festivals, and unique church concerts — most recently with a Valentine’s show at Skt. Nicolai Church, where they gave the audience an unforgettable evening of love.
